The May meeting theme is  Maibock.
But you’re welcome to bring any homebrew to get feedback.
Commercial beers are also welcome.

One 22 oz bottle, or equivalent should be enough.

Along with discussing old & new business including preparing for the Northern California Homebrewer’s Festival (NCHF).
We will be starting the BJCP Sensory Training Kit (AKA off flavor training).
This is an opportunity to enhance your beer judging skills.
We will present one or two of these at each meeting starting in May.

Let’s try to reduce waste.
Please bring a tasting glass, so we don’t end up with excess plastic trash.
