Current HeadQuarters club president, Eric Ruzicka, is very active in the local homebrew competition scene.
Not only does he enter a number of homebrew competitions.
But he’s an active participant in many local competitions like the World Cup of Beer, Santa Clara county fair homebrew competition and BABO (Bay Area Brew-off) fulfilling various roles including the following.

• stewarding,
• head steward,
• cellar master and
• when pressed even judging!

Eric is the current cellar master for the World Cup of Beer homebrew competition.
He joined World Cup organizer, Neil Topliffe, on the January 31st Best of Show: The Competition Brewing Podcast discussing various topics around homebrewing and homebrew competitions.
